TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tens in Paradise program for the basic cost are guest accommodations (commensurate with category selected) and one meal on Friday unless sponsored otherwise. Supervision is provided only on Friday evening during the orientation. However, we will have a team of hospitality ready to accommodate all your questions and needs. Please make sure you carry your program books at all times throughout the weekend to avoid any misunderstandings or confusions. Tens in Paradise reserves the right to all admission, withdraw at any time, any program announced in this brochure and/or to make such alterations as it may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. You have to be over 18 years and above to apply. Anyone below the age of 18 will have to be accompanied by the parent. We will verify all payments, levels and identity during orientation. Any false statements or reservations will result in your eviction or refusal of admission all events and activities. TIP will not refund any monies or be held liable in any way shape or form as a result of these circumstances
RESERVATION: Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can request a mail version.
PROGRAM & MODEL COMPETITION: Anyone who purchases a package can come to the events with that are listed through the package levels. Only models that have paid a full amounts will be allowed to participate in the model seminars and photo sessions. This fee will be added extra on top of the package level that is purchased. If you miss any event or model benefits, seminars or boot camp, there will be no refunds, nor claims from all participants. You cannot be late to any event, rehearsal, and competition. Every program or event will be on time.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment is due on booking. If at all any arrangement was made for a payment plan on special cases, a final payment will be made before the sixtieth (40th) day preceding your reserved arrival date. Upon receipt of final payment and clearance of funds, a voucher will be issued to you, at which time the payment shall have been fully earned by T.I.P
CANCELLATION: You may cancel your reservation by written notice 60 days before your Arrival Date, in which event fifty percent (50%) of the prepaid amount will be refunded to you within thirty (30) days after the last day of event. There shall be no refund of any amount if the notice of cancellation is received later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. [It is recommended that you purchase trip cancellation insurance]
RESPONSIBILITY: T.I.P acts only as agent for the various companies or contractors providing accommodations and other Tens in Paradise program services. Tens in Paradise is not an agent of any airline, Bus Company or other carrier. All arrangements for transportation are the sole responsibility and obligation of the passenger. T.I.P is not the owner or lessee of the hotel in which a program is being conducted. T.I.P is the sponsor of the Program and other events.
By the making of your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you waive and release Tens In Paradise, Mau Mau Enterprises, staff and the Companies from any and all injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or irregularity as a result of the acts or defaults of any common carrier, natural causes, unavoidable circumstances, T.I.P, program hotel owner and/or operator, and/or any of their agents, servants, employees, personnel and representatives.
